SURVEYING
An Eden-approved surveying team will visit your property, take measurements, clarify the finer points of your design and ensure your project is suitable to commence. If any changes are required, these can be discussed and agreed upon at this point.
If planning permission is required, the surveyors will also gather all the relevant information to support the application.
PLANNING & BUILDING REGS
Your surveyor will complete the necessary application forms and submit both documents and drawings to your local council.
The time it takes for councils to process applications vary. But you should allow around 8-10 weeks for Full Householder Planning Permission and 6-8 weeks for NCS approval.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
Eden will assign a schedule of works and coordinate all the relevant building and fitting teams on your behalf.
If access to water and/or electricity is required, we’ll discuss this with you.
BUILDING & INSTALLATION
Before starting any build, we’ll discuss brick matching with you and ensure you’re happy with the chosen brickwork. Once the building work is completed, then we’ll fit your frames and/or roof.
Eden looks after everything. We manage all the various tradespeople to ensure your home improvement project is stress-free.
FINISHING
Once your new living space has been installed, we’ll ensure you’re fully satisfied with our work and rectify any final snags.
