How our home design appointments work
Your Eden Windows & Doors design advisor will arrive at the agreed time, ready to learn about your home, style and priorities. Using digital tools, they’ll guide you through suitable window and door options, finishes and design choices.
With your permission, they can also take initial measurements. Appointments are relaxed, informative and usually last around an hour.

From design advice to surveying and installation, we manage the full process and can also assist with any planning requirements where needed.

By the end of your appointment, we want you to feel informed, inspired and confident in your choices. Your Eden advisor will explain every detail clearly, from styles and colours to hardware and material options.
We can also show product samples, so you can experience the quality, finish and craftsmanship for yourself.

What happens once I place an order?
Once you place an order, Eden Windows & Doors will arrange for an experienced surveyor to visit your home and take detailed measurements ahead of installation. After final checks are complete, your products will move into manufacture and we’ll keep you updated throughout.
On installation day, our fitting team will work with care, remove your old frames neatly and leave everything clean and tidy afterwards.

Visiting an Eden Windows & Doors design centre lets you see full-size displays, compare styles up close and get expert advice in a relaxed showroom setting. It’s ideal if you’d rather browse at your own pace before arranging a home visit.
