Are You Aware That Eden Windows Has A 98% Customer Recommendation Rate?

When a customer comes to us for some home improvements, we’re always interested to discover how they came about our company. Very often, it’s because they have been recommended to us by a friend or relative who has previously had new windows or doors or an extension installed by our team.

Customer recommendations are vital for a company like Eden Windows; they’re our most powerful marketing tool. At present, our customer recommendation rate stands at 98%.

There’s hardly a day goes by when we don’t receive a testimonial from a customer and we can’t thank them enough for their endorsements, positive or negative.

Our most recent testimonial, submitted by Paula Collins, who was due to have a porch fitted prior to lockdown, offers proof of how efficient Eden Windows is:

“Had to cancel installation because of lockdown but kept in touch and rescheduled once lockdown eased.”

We never tire of hearing such kind words.

The reviews on our TrustPilot page are no less impressive, where we have an average rating of 4.6 out of 5.

They’re few and far between thankfully, but we do, of course, receive some reviews that highlight areas for improvements, and we value them just as much as the reviews that praise us to the hilt, if not more.

It’s always vital for us to know how we can improve our business and provide a better service to our customers as we want more and more of them to validate our work to others. That’s how we will be able to attract more custom and inch closer to that 100% mark.

If we ever did reach a 100% customer recommendation rate, we wouldn’t rest. We’d still strive to improve – it’s the least that our customers deserve.
