Over the last three days Lee and Ryan from Eden windows have fitted 7 windows, a front door and its surrounding glass windows and will be coming back to fit my porch doors (not available just yet). They arrived on time at 9am, worked continually throughout the day not leaving before 6pm each day. They paid attention to detail and didn't mind me asking questions. They even left the house tidier then when they arrived and didn't complain about having to work around two bed frames. I am really pleased with the fitting and the service I have received and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you guys for making the experience of receiving new windows and front door a pleasant one.

Today had a new Solidoor Front Door and side window installed. The quote was a fare price and clearly explained with agreements in place to protect both the customer and their company. From beginning to end a simple process. Clear estimate. The Fitters, Martin and David were very polite, gave me the options on different trims. Gave clear instructions on door locking mechanism. Tidied up well on completion. Only comment. Why not give the guys working Company logo'd overalls/jacket or sweat tops. It would add that little bit extra in company appearance.

Lee and Ryan removed a window, knocked out wall below and fitted New French Doors. Excellent service - efficient, timely and causing minimum disruption. The whole experience was quicker and cleaner than I expected and the fitters were pleasant, courteous and professional. Job looks great. Have used Eden several times before and would certainly use again.

Extremely pleased with the work carried out by Lee and Ryan from Eden Windows. They took out the old door, side window and brickwork and installed beautiful French doors. They were both very pleasant gentleman and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely use Eden Windows again for further installations.

Lee & Ryan removed our old front door and installed a new Solidor. Spent the time making sure everything was perfect and cleaned everything up. Its been a month since the install, no issues and would highly recommend.

Lee & Ryan have done a superb job of fitting 2 sets of Bi-Fold Doors and a Tilt & Turn window. The house is clad in shiplap which Lee & Ryan had to modify to match the profile of the new doors. All finished very well to a high standard. The door & window units are excellent quality and have greatly improved the warmth in the room.

We previously had a conservatory with a solid roof that we found rather dark and greatly reduced the amount of natural light that came into our house.  Having looked round the showroom we found a solution with large glass panels but the rest of the roof would be well insulated.  We’re very happy with the work that has been undertaken, the installers were happy to listen to our personal requests and coped extremely well with our two dogs. 

We had a new Solidor front door designed & fitted by Eden Windows. We then returned to have new windows done by them as we were so happy with our experience. Tim was so patient on both occasions with altering small details on the designs until we were 100% happy. I forgot our door installer’s name but he was also great. Lee & Ryan installed our windows and made an alteration for us with no fuss, despite it complicating things for them a bit. We’re very happy with the service we received and the end result in our home. Thank you!

Not knowing the market for windows and doors, I was advised throughout the process by professional staff members and when it came to installation, I could not be more pleased with the final product.  The installers worked extremely hard, left everywhere extremely tidy and clean, both inside and out.  I would whole heartedly recommend this company.

Having had a front door replacement some time ago,which was superb,I decided to replace two windows via Eden Windows. I had the same result as with the front door in that the installation went very well ,installation technicians Lee and Ryan carried out a super install and the results were impressive,I am in the process of planning more window replacements and would wish the same team again,great stuff guys keep up the good work!!

We had a rocky journey with this company.  Initial contact was fine, sales and quote process was easy and straightforward.   Due to their contract documents being ambiguous regarding payment however - requiring payment being prior to fitting - matters became more tense.  Unfortunately, the sales manager (“Al”) was absolutely horrific - rude and offensive - and a nightmare to deal with. We proceeded with the contract as we had little option due to our windows being in the manufacture process already. Had they not been we would have probably cancelled our order due to experience with Al.  Lee and Ryan were our fitters and were absolutely wonderful.  They are clearly very experienced and their work is of a very high standard. They arrived when they said they would, were tidy and really care about doing a good job.  EXCELLENT! They absolutely turned around what could have been an awful experience and instead we are delighted with the end result. A HUGE thank you RYAN and LEE!! 🙂

Eden windows installed a new front door today,the results were superb thanks to Lee and Ryan two professional installation technicians,the result was outstanding and I would recommend to friends and family without hesitation,very pleased with the outcome,price was reasonable with a top notch result!

Eden Windows were recommended to us by friends. The service we received from the salesman (Chris) through to the installation team (Lee and Ryan) was excellent, friendly and helpful. Lee and Ryan worked extremely hard and took great pride in their work, they left the house tidy every day and kept us informed of their time schedule for fitting the windows. They finished within the time scale as promised. We are very pleased with the finished result and even our neighbours have commented on how great the windows look.

From the initial consultation, through the design stage, price quotations, and final specification, we were very satisfied with the quality and experience of the staff and products of Eden Windows. Hardly surprising, as we have had a conservatory from that company several years ago with which we were delighted. The attention given by Eden to detail on colour, mechanical features and style were impressive. The team who came to assemble and fit the door-set were prompt, cheerful, and went about their job with commendable thoroughness and care, including a full clean up after they had finished.

At our first contact with Eden Windows we were told how much the company prides itself in the quality of its products and service and this has been our experience. Everyone we have had contact with have proven to be courteous, helpful and professional and keen to do the best job they can for us. When there have been issues (minor) they have been proactive in addressing whatever needs to be done and we are absolutely delighted with the finished work. We especially want to highlight the high standards of the fitters Ryan and Lee who were a pleasure to have working in and around our home and who fitted everything to a very high standard. They also leave everything immaculate and clearly take great pride in what they do. I recommend this company.

from the moment i ordered the door this company has kept me updated throughout the process including a rigorous survey that was done promptly . today 23/03/2023 lee and ryan fitted the door ,arriving at the pre-arranged time slot and fitted the door with great precision ,sheeted out and kept things tidy and went through the procedure with me of how to lock and unlock with a few tips added in,GREAT JOB.,WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Saw work had been carried out locally and contacted them for a quote. very nice chap came out and no sales pushing - just measured, gave a price and left. no pressure after and that was really nice as my experience from double glazing salesmen has not been good! Went ahead and all went very smoothly - kept updated at all times, turned up on time, fitter (Lee) was friendly and tidy and hard working. Looks lovely and very pleased and have passed company details to a few friends who are having work done. Highly recommend.

Really happy with the service provided by Eden Windows. I had new windows and front door fitted and they did a great job. Both very pleasant and got the job done in good time. I will definitely be using Eden Windows again as I continue with my house renovation. I highly recommend them.

From start to end Eden have been helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and I have ended up with a lovely new glass conservatory. Being a nervous customer, I didn't make it too easy for them, but they were very patient with me. No pressure to buy. Was good to be able to view products at the showroom as well. Installers Adam and Steve did a good job and answered all of my queries. All in all a good experience. Would recommend and loved the finished product.

On time and Finished ahead of schedule work by Steve and Adam. Great fitters who went above and beyond to ensure there was limited impact of rain to our property. Highly recommend these fitters as they went above and beyond to finish off the conservatory roof and patio door to a high finish. I was also impressed with the quality of the frames and glass considering I never once went to the showroom to check the products prior to ordering. Chris the design consultant was very professional and explained the process, sent me a quote and drawings which gave me the confidence to order and was very helpful compared to other companies who gave quotes but just handwritten on a post it note.

I had 4 men turn up way before the time i was given . They were very polite and friendly. They fitted my two bay winds. They had to take out shutters first to fit windows and put shutters back. They left my property clean. Very pleased with there service.

Brilliant job by Lee and Ryan and good quality windows . I would recommend Eden Windows. Lee and Ryan were very helpful and friendly I would recommend these Eden Windows fitters. When they found that one of the window locks was faulty they made sure it would lock then replaced it the next day. Clean and tidy arrived on time each day, informed each day of their work plan. Both worked through the recent heat wave that hits us in July 2022 would not stop only for the ice lollies we provided for them. Wonderful service from 1st contact to finish.

From our first telephone call requesting a quote to the installation of the windows we could not fault Eden Windows at all. The service we received from the office in arranging a quote and subsequently adjusting to better other quotes was superb. The installation team were fantastic made a really good job of fitting the windows and making good, they look brilliant. We are very happy to have Eden Windows signboard on display in our very large window and would highly recommend them, we will certainly use them again.

Would recommend, pretty great process throughout. Very nice and easy on initial installation. I did have to call to chase on when someone would come round to measure and then to fit, but both times got through to someone who gave me a date very quickly. Fitters were very friendly and resolved a small issue straight away. Windows themselves look great, we opted for the Extreme windows for more security. Timescales from initial consultation to installation were very quick. Overall a pretty smooth process.

Absolutely DELIGHTED with my shutters.  The quality is amazing. The measurements taken to fit them was incredibly precise making the finished project something to be really proud of. Another excellent installation from Eden windows. Our installers Steve and Adam did a fantastic job with our new bifold doors, they look superb, let in so much more light and are super easy to operate. Very good quality doors too. The guys were very efficient, friendly and polite and gave a good, informative  demonstration of how to use the doors. They left everywhere clean and tidy and it was a pleasure to have them in the house. Thank you,both, for a brilliant job. Very happy customers. 

Excellent service from start to finish. Tim, the sales consultant was knowledgeable and helpful with no hard sell. Tony the surveyor was thorough and helpful. Admin staff were on the ball and honest when they had to reschedule the fitting date. Steve and Adam did the fitting. They arrived on time, had a good plan and kept us informed. Their work was quick but professional and extremely well done. They kept the work areas clean and tidy, and cleared away at the end of the day. They even refitted the pillars around the front door which we had taken off to paint as they wanted to ensure that they achieved the best finish. They also went back to their yard to get some bricks to correct some issues from either the fitting of the old doors or from the original construction. Fantastic service and quality all round.

Although the rep made an error and I didn’t get the colour door I wanted- which I d it by pick up on as only check figures! I was extremely happy with the end result. The fitters were lovely and were constantly cleaning and friendly. They also didn’t mind my 6 year old asking a million questions.  Would recommend this company but check all details correctly as what is said is not what is written on forms!

The 2 fitters did an excellent job of replacing my conservatory roof with glass.  They were professional, polite, friendly and kept me informed of any issues, eg. if there was to be noise or dust.  They kept to time and when the installation was finished they tidied up very well and removed any rubbish.  I would recommend Eden Windows.  Already I have neighbours who are interested in getting a quote as they are impressed with the finished result to my little house.  I am relieved that the job went as planned with  no hitches.

We have just had our conservatory updated with UPVC and are delighted with the result. The fitters arrived and worked hard to get the old conservatory dismantled as soon as possible. The new roof was installed before the rain came (with Sahara Dust also!) Then the windows were fitted and doors adjusted so we were able to open and close them easily. The fitters cleared up every evening before they left. Finally they cleaned the new conservatory and we are delighted with the result.

The fitters did an excellent job installing 3 new windows over 4 days. They arrived on time, worked constantly without taking long breaks and cleaned up well at the end of each day. They replaced some missing cavity wall installation which will help prevent heat loss. The scaffolding which was needed for the upstairs windows was removed promptly within 3 days following completion. We waited a long time from November to March for the windows to arrive but understand that this was due to lack of materials and heavy demand following the Covid lockdown.

Fast, efficient installation. Workmanship was excellent. Very satisfied with the end result. Sean and Dean were excellent, polite, friendly and did a great job.

Quite simply a very neat and tidy job with high quality windows

Lee and Ryan did a grand fitting job: meticulous, careful and honest (in pointing out defects/errors). Helped repair the reputation of this industry. But oh dear, the manufacturer, Evolution, were slow on both occasions (like 6 months) in delivering, and delivering correctly. Both times sent wrong handles and forgot window ledge end caps. Still, looks good and worth waiting for. Good office and sales contact.

We had an amazing team of fitters to install our windows. The first team , Ross and Richie, were here and installed a bay window and several others at the back of the house. They were very efficient, courteous and friendly and worked hard to complete the job- staying way later than they needed to ensure the work was finished before they left.  The next team that arrived, Lee and Ryan, were also brilliant and very efficient, and their attention to detail , on what was a less than easy job, was second to none. They worked tirelessly and the end results were superb. They left everywhere clean and tidy before they left. Have just had a full house of windows installed and am extremely pleased with the whole experience.  It was great that they have a large unique showroom to view their range of products.  Fitters arrived on time, worked well and took all the mess with them.  Can already notice the difference with the warmth of the rooms and less snooze from outside.  Very impressed!

An absolute dream company from start to finish. I expected delays due to Covid but I was kept fully up to date of any changes by the office.  We had the back of the house demolished for bi folds and the initial building team were excellent. The steel went in no issues and after only 3 days work we have amazing bi folds. I have tiles at the rear of my house and these were replaced after the steel went in and look better than they did before!! The windows and doors were next and Kevin arrived on time and did an awesome job! A lovely fella who loves tea! I am very pleased with the overall result and happy with how things have been left clean and tidy. Both the building team and Kevin went over and above for what we wanted and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Eden keep up the good work!
