Salespersons in many different industries are sometimes viewed with suspicion by the general public due to previous bad experiences, and that stigma can be difficult to shake off.
We understand the misgivings that some may have about dealing with salespersons’ which is why we only ever recruit sales people that use appropriate sales techniques. No pushiness or pressurising is acceptable as we want our customers to feel comfortable enough to make their own decisions.
Our sales team also receive regular training to ensure they sell our product range to interested parties in an acceptable manner. They’re all very friendly too, as a recent customer discovered.
Following the installation of a brand new door at their home, our salesman Cliff received the below text from the lucky recipient:
